Book now for next season ski holidays with a low, refundable deposit of just £100

Although the 2015/2016 winter ski season is still in full swing, the team at Pyrenees Collection are working hard to start all over again for 2016/2017 ski holidays.
 

We are currently preparing our prices and contracts for 2016/2017 ski holidays but we recognise that many people are eager to get their Pyrenees ski trip booked for next season. We are therefore offering you the chance to provisionally book your preferred ski apartment, ski chalet or ski hotel for a low fully refundable deposit of £100 per apartment/room. This will be based on our 2015/2016 prices and contracts.

Large ski apartments, popular ski resorts and peak ski dates will get booked quickly so it is best to provisionally . Peak dates for the UK will again be the same as for the French and other European countries, as follows:

• Christmas: 24th December 2016
• New Year: 31st December 2016
• Half term week: 11th or 18th February 2017 (depending on your area's school holiday dates; this will be one of the main weeks for the whole of France except Paris; plus other European countries)
• Easter: 1st April, 8th April or 15th April 2017 (depending on your area's school holiday dates)

The process for advance booking your next Pyrenees ski holiday is simple. Once you have made an advanced booking for the 2016/2017 ski season, we will write to you in June stating the price of the accommodation. If you wish to go ahead with the booking, we will require the additional confirmed deposit to bring up the total to the 25% we normally stipulate. However, if you do not choose to continue the booking process, then this is not a problem - we will fully refund the amount already paid, provided you let us know in writing within the indicated timescale, otherwise you will lose your deposit.

Please note that all bookings are subject to availability (due to being based on 2015/2016 contracts) and therefore we cannot guarantee any advance booking. The £100 is fully refundable or transferable to another 2016/2017 ski holiday.

Our prices will be calculated at the exchange rate that applies when our currency is bought, so we cannot always guarantee that price. We also reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown on our website.

However, the price of the holiday you book with us is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges after our confirmation invoice has been issued. You can be assured that if the pound depreciates, you will not be charged more for your holiday, enabling you to budget at the time of booking.

We are also confident you are getting value for money when you book your holiday with us. Therefore, our price guarantee is that if you find the identical holiday available within 24 hours for less, we will refund the difference. Terms and conditions apply.

Both package holidays and accommodation only booked through us are protected under the ABTA scheme. This means you can book in complete confidence that your holiday will be operated to the highest standards and with total financial protection.
